The Spotlight is a unique multi-purpose venue ideal for weddings and receptions, seminars, conferences, meetings, exhibitions and private events.

Hall charges for the Spotlight are inclusive of the services of a technician and a front of house manager

Access to the hall can only be guaranteed between the hours booked.  Additional charges will be incurred should the hall not be vacated on time (see regulations).



Hirers are requested to advise the Venue Administrator of any special bar requirements (at least 1 months’ notice is required)

PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE (dinner/buffets, music and dancing)

Special licensing arrangements can be made outside of these hours which may be subject to an additional charge



The hirer may bring their own drinks into the hall subject to a corkage fee which is payable 2 weeks prior to the function.  Otherwise only drinks purchased from the bar may be consumed on the premises.  NB: a retrospective charge will be made if the hirer or guests own drinks are consumed on the premise during the function.  The private selling of drinks is not permitted.
