Report Online

It is possible to report a range of issues online, including:

  • Abandoned vehicles
  • Dog fouling
  • Fly-tipping
  • Noise complaints
  • Parking on grass verges
  • Refuse and recycling, including missed collections


The Council's Helpline can be reached by telephoning 01992 785577. If you are unable to find the information you need on our website they can offer advice on a range of subjects.

One Stop Shops

The Borough of Broxbourne provides a wide range of services. In order to make information about them as accessible as possible, residents can visit the One Stop Shop in Hoddesdon or Waltham Cross.

Trained and uniformed staff can provide information and advice or deal with any concerns over Council services.

Hoddesdon Library, 98a High Street, Hoddesdon | 9am-5.30pm, Tuesday and Thursday (Closed last Thursday of every month from 3.30pm for staff training)         

123 High Street, Waltham Cross | 9am-5.30pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Please note: It is not possible to make payments at the One Stop Shops.
Payments can be made online or at any PayPoint or Post Office.

Borough Offices 

The Borough offices can be visited in person at:

Bishops' College

Residents can speak to Officers, pay bills via the kiosk in reception, examine planning applications and more. 

You can telephone the Council's switchboard on 01992 785555. If you know the extension you require, you can enter it into the automated system, or hold to speak to an Officer.
